Selling Your Diamond Point Home

The owner is required by law to disclose to prospective buyers, and the realtor, all matters that materially affect the property.

It is YOUR legal obligation as the owner of a Diamond Point property to ensure that your realtor has the correct information about the homeowners association and the dues requirement. When selling your property, among other things, the law requires that you

* disclose that Association membership and payment of monthly dues is a mandatory element of property ownership

* disclose the amount of monthly dues, and

* make our governing documents available to a prospective buyer.
