The Diamond Point development was built in the mid 1960s by Deane Bros., then of Huntington Beach, California. The development consists of 656 homes and the Clubhouse facility/pool/tennis courts. The boundaries of our neighborhood are generally Sunset Crossing, Golden Springs, and the 60 Freeway.

Deane Bros. issued a Certificate of Value and two of the seven models received awards in the Better Homes and Gardens 1965 Better Homes for All America Program as reported in an 1965 news article (source and exact date not known).
