2018 Summer Swimming and Pool information

Summer Swimming Hours:

The Swimming pool will be open to the members to use for open swim time with lifeguards on duty during the following hours:

Monday- Friday 12:30 -10:00 PM (Lifeguards on Duty 2:00-7:00 PM only)

Saturdays & Sundays 10:00-10:00 PM (Lifeguards on duty from 2:00 -7:00 PM on weekends)

*Open swim times will resume their normal hours after swim lessons are complete on August 3rd.

Swim class registration information:

Swim lesson registration is being taken Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There is still limited space available for the last two sessions this summer.  Class space is very limited.

Session 3 begins on Monday, July 9th and session 4 begins on July 23rd. Each session is 2 weeks long, Monday-Friday for 25 minutes each day. The cost is $50 per student for Members.

Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. Call the Clubhouse at (909) 860-2393 for more information and availability.

Notice: Revision of HOA Collection Policy

To: All Diamond Point Club Members

From: Diamond Point Club Homeowners Association (HOA)

Subject: Revision of HOA Collection Policy

In accordance with Civ. Code §4360(a) of the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Act, this serves as official notice 30 days prior to the proposal of the change of the HOA's policy on assessment collections. The policy will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and listed in the agenda for the next regularly scheduled Board meeting on March 20, 2017 at 7:15 PM. The meeting will be held at the HOA Clubhouse located at 536 Navajo Springs Road Diamond Bar, CA 91765. A copy of the draft of the new resolution can be viewed by clicking on the link below. 

Annual Board of Director's Election is scheduled for December 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM

The annual Board of Director's election is scheduled for Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Clubhouse.

Candidates are:

Deanne Block
Teruni Evans
Gretchen Kunze-Fahrney
Judith Kretschmar
Ruben Torres

Please mail your ballot so that it is received no later than December 1, 2018. 
The Ballot Box Inc. will serve as the official third party Inspector of the Election and will be present December 3rd to receive any last minute hand delivered ballots.

The Annual Meeting and  Board of Director's Election will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Diamond Point Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is located at 536 Navajo Springs Road.

Mission Statement

The Diamond Point Club is a non-profit homeowners’ Association located in the City of Diamond Bar, California. The purpose is to provide its private Membership with excellent, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly service. The Club manages the Diamond Point Club Homeowners’ Association and the Swim and Racquet Club. Under the direction of elected Board of Directors, staff operates the Club in the best interests of its Membership.

The goal of the Association is to enforce the CC& R’s, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. This includes Preserving the enjoyment of living in the Community, maintain the attractiveness of Diamond Point and protecting the value of the Homeowner’s property.

The goal of the Swim and Racquet Club is to provide a fun, clean and safe recreational facility for its members to use. Staff will organize and coordinate recreational activities that enrich our Members lives and benefit them mentally and physically.
