DIAMOND POINT CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNUAL ELECTION - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4 at 10 AM

ATTENTION members, election ballots for the 2022 year will be mailed out to all members via usps mail on November 1, 2021 by The Ballot Box, a third-party inspector. The annual election meeting is - Saturday, December 4 at 10 am in the clubhouse located at 536 Navajo Springs Road. If your ballot was not received by THE BALLOT BOX deadline of Thursday, December 2nd, it may be brought to the representative from The Ballot Box that will be present at the annual election. All candidate statements running for a position are provided on the website under the Resource Tab.

The Ballot Box in Tustin, CA will be the third-party inspector overseeing the DPC election. All ballots must be mailed directly to the Ballot Box for processing.

Newly Appointed Board of Director's Secretary, Fawn Moody

The Diamond Point Club Board of Director's has appointed, Fawn Moody as Secretary. We are excited to see her thrive and help our HOA community. Congratulations, Fawn!

Summer 2021 Kickoff Event - Sunday, May 23 Reservations Required

The Habit Burger Grill will be catering this event. It will be pick up to go style event, so all you have to do is check in at the table with your reservation & then pick up your "To-go" meals at the clubhouse parking lot from The Habit Truck. Enjoy your delicious meal at home. Cost is free for up to 5 members per household only, Additional guests/friends of the household will be $14 per person.

Reservation times: 11:30 - 12, 12 - 12:30 & 12:30 - 1 pm

Menu choice is: Hamburger, Cheeseburger or Veggie Combo with a drink

Please RSVP by Friday, May 16th by 6 pm. Please call the clubhouse office at 909-860-2393 or drop by the office to reserve.

12/1/2020 - POOL HEATER IS OFF

Now that the winter season is approaching, the pool is still open, however the heater has been turned off. Current temperature of water is at 55 degrees F.

09/30/20 - POOL IS STILL OPEN!

Due to the recent increase in temperatures, the pool will be open through the month of November. It is heated to 80 degrees. Beat the heat and make a reservation for the pool! Call the office at (909) 860-2393 to reserve your time slot.

09/30/20 - UPDATE ON DPC ELECTION!

Members wishing to run for the 2020-2021 DPC Board of Directors, applications are due on Friday, October 30th by 6PM. Application forms are available at the Diamond Point Clubhouse Office.

Due to COVID, we have postponed the the annual Diamond Point Club Board of Director's election for Saturday, January 9th. Official ballots will be mailed to all Members no later than Wednesday, December 9th.

Special reminder to all members wishing to run for the 2020-2021 Board of Directors that candidate applications are due by September 25, 2020. All members are welcome to run as a candidate for the Board. The annual Diamond Point Club Board of Directors general election is scheduled for Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Official election ballots will be mailed to all members no later than November 5, 2020. You may pick up a candidate form from the Clubhouse.

August 1, 2020 - CLUBHOUSE UPDATE:

  • Pool is open to association members and members of your household. Per the LA County Guidelines, no outside guests are allowed, face masks are required while on pool deck and all social distance guidelines are to be maintained. Please call the office at (909) 860-2393 or email manager@diamondpoint.org to reserve a time slot.

  • Pool Hours are Sunday through Saturday from 10 am - 8 pm; by reservations only

  • Tennis courts are open and available for members only. Please maintain all "Social Distance Guidelines" while at the tennis/basketball courts

  • HOA payments are due on the first and considered late after the 15th of August

  • 4th Quarter Statements will be mailed out in September


June 16, 2020 - CLUBHOUSE UPDATE:

  • Movie Night scheduled for this Friday, June 19 has been CANCELLED.

  • Quarterly Board Meeting is schedule for Monday, June 22, 2020 @ 7:15 PM.


June 12, 2020 -POOL UPDATE: Pool Opening on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 10 AM!!

Good news! Our pool has been given the clear by the LA County Public Health Department to open. In order to attempt to accommodate all Homeowners, we are taking reservations from 10 AM-8 PM Sunday thru Saturday. Households are limited to 1.5 hours at a time, per day. We are required to limit the amount of Members on the pool deck to ten (10), so each Household is limited up to five (5) persons to bring to the pool. Please call the office to reserve your time slot by calling (909) 860-2393. We look forward to seeing our Homeowners!

The following times are available to reserve:

      • 10AM-11:30AM

      • 11:30AM-1:00PM

      • 1:15PM-2:45PM

      • 3:00PM-4:30PM

      • 4:45PM-6:15PM

      • 6:30PM-8:00PM

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Summer 2020 Aquatics programs are temporarily postponed. We are taking every precaution and following regulations set forth from the CDC - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials and the Los Angeles County Health department.
