Clubhouse & Equipment Rentals
CLUBHOUSE RENTALS
Book your next party or special event at the Club! The Clubhouse is available for exclusive rental on a first come, first served reservation basis. Private rentals are available to Members of the Association only, only one(1) rental per day, and Homeowners may only have a maximum of one (1) rental per month. The Clubhouse may be rented with a completed rental agreement application, security deposit, copy of homeowner's insurance and nominal rental fee charge. All rentals must be approved by the Rentals Supervisor. The Clubhouse is available for exclusive rental Sunday-Thursday 10:00 AM-10:00 PM and Fridays & Saturdays 10:00 AM-12:00 AM (Pending availability). The Clubhouse is not available on major holidays or during Association events and programs. EQUIPMENT RENTALS
Tables and chairs may be rented my Members of the Association for a nominal fee (some equipment is free). Equipment is available on a first come, first served basis.
